EVIT shares in Westwood High Elective Fair

Students at Westwood High School in Mesa got to hear about all the classes they can take as electives at East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT). High School students in EVIT's participating school districts can choose from 40 different programs that give them a "jump start" in their career and their college credits. Steve Grosz, EVIT Radio Broadcasting instructor, got the party going on the Westwood campus during their lunch hour today. KVIT 90.7 will begin broadcasting across the valley in January, 2011.
EVIT Construction instructor, Rich Pikosz, attracted a crowd of students who wanted to try their hand at building. Other programs promoting their classes at the fair were Dental Assistant, Medical Assistant, 3D Animation, Video Productions and Interior Design.
You can find out more about EVIT's high school and adult classes at http://www.evit.com/.
